CATA GM signs letter to Governor
CATA General Manager Tim Geibel, current Board Chairman for the PA Public Transportation Association signed a letter last week asking the Governor to take immediate action to cancel the award of RFA 28-18 better known as the Medical Assistance Transportation Program Broker Solicitation.
We urge you to contact the Governor's office and your State Representative to ask them to "cancel the award of RFA 28-18 the Medical Assistance Transportation Broker solicitation AND create an independent study of the impacts a MATP Broker will have on all state subsidized transportation services"

Crawford Area Transportation Authority (CATA) is soliciting letters of interest from Crawford County residents interested in serving as a member of the CATA Board of Directors. This available seat is for an 18-month term from July 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027. Letters of interest should be sent to Tim Geibel, Executive Director, at CATA, 214 Pine Street, Meadville, PA 16335 or tgeibel@catabus.org by May 4, 2026. Members will be appointed by the Crawford County Commissioners.
