CATA offers the Persons with Disabilities Program (PwD) through a grant from the PA Department of Transportation which subsidizes door to door services for residents in both Crawford and Venango counties. Criteria for approval includes being ages 18-64, completion of the PwD application, and supplying a Certification of Disability. PwD approved riders pay 15% of the general public fare.
