As a Pennsylvania resident, once you turn 65 you are entitled to Reduced Fare bus service with CATA paid for through the PA Lottery program.  

Our services include:
Free fixed route bus service in Meadville, Oil City, and Franklin - see ROUTES/SCHEDULES

Free life line route bus service between Meadville and Titusville, Saegertown, or Conneaut Lake - see ROUTES/SCHEDULES

Reduced fare door-to-door service for Crawford and Venango Counties - see SHARED RIDE for days and times of operation
